1. Processing Time & Prices
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following receipt of your order confirmation and payment verification.
- Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on business days.
Custom Orders:
- Processing times for custom or personalized items may vary. Refer to the product description for specific timelines.
Complimentary Shipping:
- Complimentary shipping is available for domestic orders placed in the United States.
Shipping Methods and Fees:
- Standard Shipping: Complimentary for all domestic orders. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
- Express Shipping: Fees and availability will be provided at checkout. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3:00 PM EST will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after this time, or on Fridays and weekends, will ship the next business day. Express shipping is not available for custom or personalized items.
2. In-store pickup
In-store pickup is available at our Miami location:

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Timeframes
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-14 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location and method chosen.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
5. Signature Requirement
For your protection, all shipments containing fine gold or diamond jewelry require a signature upon delivery.
6. International Orders
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times for international shipments are estimates and may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Delays and Exceptions
While we endeavor to meet all estimated delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing—may result in delays. Aminov Jewelry Company is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
