  • All returns must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including packaging, and security tag. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
  • Custom or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Final Sale

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except for damaged/defective merchandise.

  • Custom Items.
  • Last Chance Items.
  • Sale/Clearance Items.
  • Improvement: To analyze website usage and enhance functionality.
  • Legal Compliance: To meet regulatory and legal requirements.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • Log in to Your Account: Visit our website and log in to your account. Navigate to the “Order History” section.
  • Select Your Order: Find the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange and click on “Request Return/Exchange.”
  • Complete the Online Form: Fill out the required details, including the reason for the return or exchange. Submit your request.
  • Receive Return Instructions: Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a shipping label directly in your account or via email.
  • Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item with all original materials and affix the provided shipping label. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
4. Return Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by Aminov Jewelry Company.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. In-Store Returns

  • Rejection: Items that fail to meet return conditions may be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges will be processed only after the original item is received and approved.
