• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Klarna Payments:

• Klarna is available for domestic U.S. orders only.

• Klarna cannot be used for international purchases.

• Exchanges are not supported for Klarna orders. If you wish to replace an item purchased with Klarna, you must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

• Custom orders require approximately two (2) weeks for production prior to shipping.

• Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once the order has shipped.

• All orders include complimentary standard shipping.

• International shipping timelines vary by destination and may be delayed due to customs clearance.

• Aminov Jewelry Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

• If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• All returns must be unworn and returned in their original condition with the security tag and include all packaging. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
• Custom or engraved items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• For Klarna orders, refunds are processed according to Klarna’s standard procedures once the return is approved.

• Exchanges are not supported for Klarna purchases.
