Request a Return
If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps to initiate the process online.
Eligibility for Returns
Before requesting a return, ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition, including packaging and security tags. Used merchandise will not be accepted for a refund or exchange unless defective.
- Exclusions: Custom, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale,” including clearance or “Last Chance” items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Request a Return
- Log in to Your Account:
- Visit our website and log in to your account.
- Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Select the Item(s):
- Click on “Request a Return” next to the item you want to return.
- Choose the reason for the return from the dropdown menu (e.g., wrong size, item defective, changed mind).
- Submit Your Request:
- Confirm your request and submit it.
- You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack and Ship the Item:
- Securely pack the item with all original materials.
- Affix the shipping label and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
Track Your Return
After shipping your return, track the status of your package via the provided tracking number. You can also monitor the status of your return in your account under “Returns.”
Refund and Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.
- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Aminov Jewelry Company.
